"Reporting Child Abuse: The Legal Mandate," presented by Linda Shannon from the Department of Children, Youth and Family Services and Janice Tigani from the Attorney General’s office. Dr. Steve Eichel will moderate the event.
This program has been approved for three (3) Ethics CE credits.
Learning Objectives:
Describe the responsibilities of mandated reporters.
Recognize the signs of child abuse and the historical information that may trigger a requirement to report.
Apply the mandated reporting law to specific clinical situations.
