Feedback and conflict in the context of supervision

The presentation is focused on providing an overview of the research related to providing feedback and navigating conflict in supervision, including ethical considerations and evidence-based approaches for doing so. The presentation also includes multicultural considerations for approaching feedback. This presentation will also explore risks to giving feedback.

About the Presenter:
Katie Bekkeli is a licensed clinical psychologist and diplomate in counseling psychology. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Indiana State University, though she currently is the Associate Director for Training at the University of Delaware’s Center for Counseling and Student Development (CCSD). She has been providing supervision and training for almost 10 years, and has received specialized training in the provision of supervision over that time. She is an approved clinical supervisor as well.
